March 24-25, Messina, Italy

On March 24–25, the CharCool consortium gathered for a two-day project meeting in the beautiful city of Messina (Italy)!
CharCool is an EiC Pathfinder project, funded within the Clean and Efficient Cooling Challenge.

Representatives from all partner institutions participated: Università degli Studi di Padova, KU Leuven, Delft University of Technology, Universitat de Lleida, Università degli Studi di Messina, and Sorption Technologies GmbH.

It has been an intensive and productive meeting with concrete steps taken towards the final goal of developing a new generation of thermally-driven chillers powered with bio-based thermochemical material.
